    i've gotta take my girlfriend out for our anniversary - Where's nice/decent/quiet/intimate place to go for scran in the toon on a saturday night? nowhere near the pits of hadies that is 'the gate' - i want somewhere nice and classy..

    was gunna try the baltic place...

    or if you really want to knock her socks off, try 'the black door' up by the station, we're talking near creme de la creme of newcastle bars / restuarants here and i think michelen star? the prices certainley aren't for the faint hearted though...
