Just make an omelette, it's simple and a lot better tasting than a glass of raw eggs, if your looking for simplicity, get sme protein, have a shake first thing, cook an omelette and have it after.
In the olden days we used to have eggs first thing raw. 4 eggs but 2 with the yokes taken out. The yokes are full of cholestrol, which is bad but awesome at the same time for providing energy to train and grow. nowadays we just drink mister k's special pre training shakes. if you get away with drinking them do it i cant stomach em myself
