i'll say it again shall i, i used to smoke full time and so far i have succeeded in this task however fri-sun i cant help it, even if its just 1 tab, i do take every day as it comes but nothing works for me, i cant use quit smoking patches or inhaler cos i dont smoke enough and would acutally be having more intake on those than i was actually smoking and i get really intensive ridiculous nightmares, and gum makes my throat itch............


u have gone 1 day, i go for 5 days every week possibly even 6.........

any ideas as to how to rid myself of that 1 or 2 days a week

I've been stopped for 15 weeks now....and still want to smoke. All you can do is stick in. Patches worked for me really well. (although i was addicted to them instead!) I think the patches worked cos they are so expensive....makes you think it was a waste if you smoke.

but listen....i was 30 a day. now i can breath and smell propa. Now i can smell how fuckin horrible it is!

I will never smoke again, Promise stopping was the end of me smoking.

went to prodigy tuesday and didnt have any tabs all night, got home and had a party at mine and smoked about 5 tabs!!!



BUMMER!!!
