    I was gutted when Bed closed, it was such a good club, a few weeks before I moved back to Newcastle they had put demolition signs up around it:cry:

    Did you ever do to Layed on a tuesday? Was just like a saturday night but on a tuesday, had really good atmosphere. Spent every tuesday there for 2 years. They moved it to republic when it became Gatecrasher1 but it never worked in a different venue and ended up closing

    Such a shame its going to be demolished:(

    to be honest i cant see it happening
    theres only one venue now for this type of thing and some how i dont think we are gonna be asked to go there .

    yes, but i only went when it had moved to crasher....didnt go to BED that often (I was a Republic girl) but loved it all the same....the BEST chill out room ever!

    I remember thinking Digital was going to be great for Newcastle clubbing - and now it's killed off Promise :(

    Should have been Matt and Corvin to finish, that would have been truly fitting.


    Still, just have to make Saturday a good one.
