Promise Spam??

what did u do to get rid? i've just got myself 2 emails (3 actually) 1 web-based account for shite and then my private/confidential home addy.

can't get my web-based one spam free... the lists must get sold on and sold on constantly - in my view, i can never get my self off the lists.

I use yahoo mail, used to get shitloads of spam but their filters have reduced it tremendously, haven't had any for a couple of months now.

oh aye, i've got my 'bulk mail' activitated - but thats just a solution - i want to be off the lists in the first place!

The only sure way is to change your mail address. there's always dodgy spammers out there that will spam u anyways.

True, but I mean I haven't even had any in my bulk mail recently. I kept on reporting what I was getting, and apparently they send it back 'incorrect address' or whatever, and block it before it reaches your mailbox in the future.

Sure was better than putting 'penis', 'bra', 'cash', 'donkeys' etc into my personal filters

I use hotmail, but I am careful of where i enter my email address, and i always tick the box that says they cant pass on my email addy.

I get no spam at all

I stopped using my hotmail address, was getting almost 100 spam e-mails a day. I never gave the address out either.

Then again, the first part of the address was only 5 characters long, so stupidly easy to be generated...

ps I fucking hate msn/hotmail anyways
