'thanks for the last 6 years' 'it's the final promise ever' all spring to mind... no mention of 'but it'll be back in 6 months' i'm not bitter - i just don't see how it's a successful ploy - just leaves a bitter taste in some paying punters mouths
I was also told that by mark.. but he wasn't serious. Why would he have told people it was ending if he knew it wasn't? If it was to get people hyped up about a return 6 months later then why wouldn't he just say it was going to be a 6 month wait? There was hardly a need for such a radical promotional technique.
I see where you're coming from. But I'm not in the slightest bitter! Even if this was the underlying intention, if that's what it was going to take to get everyone under one roof then so be it. People travelled up, and down, the country to attend and we all had a good night I'm sure and should continue to support forthcoming events, if and when the happen!
i can't be arsed saying any more you can believe what you won't its up to you, mark will probably never admit it so it doesn't really matter what i say, you aint gonna believe me. don't know what you kicking off for any way its back, and it'll be full again which is better than it being on all this time with about two people there every time
You don't know anything though Your flatmate heard the same thing I, and many other people did on the last night of promise.
eh? so whats the truth then? 1) it was ALWAYS coming back 2) Somethings changed and there's a reason why it'll now work while it wasn't b4. thats how i see it
