The 5-a-side courts are astro, but the quality of them is excellent in comparison to Pitz. They've got one 11-a-sde pitch.. and an excellent Omniturf 7-a-side pitch - this stuff is artificial grass, nice 'n soft, great surface to play on.

Directions: Simple.. get any bus that heads up Westgate Road and ask the driver to shout you when you get near the College.. theres a couple of buses that go there from Grainger St. - near Blacks.

Lemme know which day is gonna be good for everyone, and I'll see what I can get.. what do we need - 5-a-side? 7-a-side? 11-a-side?
Prices will vary depending on what pitch you go for.

hmmm the seven a side pitch sounds nice doesnt it. i suppose it depends on how many people will actually turn up. any day is good for me. and i will defo turn up if theres gonna be enough to have a decent kick about. i love playin football

and can we make sure that everyone who says they are good turns up. its better then

OK.. im gonna make a booking after we have a roll-call of everyone who can DEFINITELY attend.. the place really has a problem with anyone who cancels, as you still have to pay for the pitch.
It's gonna be roughly £3 each, and everyone who says they is coming will need to turn up to pay, else everyone else has to fork out the extra to cover the missing.

So.. post your availability, and what day would be good. I'll check that against what they have available on the day.. if possible i'll do a block booking for several weeks.

availability = any midweek night after 5 pm.

Will definetly make it and cough up the cash lads.

Thanks CraigB, glad to see you're a definite .. I'm gonna try and get this organised for a Wednesday - seems the best time of the week for it as everyone seemed to be busier on other days.. besides, i got other games on Monday and Tuesday.

Can't make next wednesday but keep me posted about the next game and I will try to get there!

Good going peeps.. thats 7 so far - 3 more and we got a 5-a-side. If we have the numbers tho.. i'll try and get us the 7-a-side pitch, but it's usually booked up.. to get it we'll ne 7 more definites.

So far, it looks like Wednesday at 7pm seems to be good for everyone, but I'll haveto find out if that time slot is free for the pitches. Anyways.. keep posting your interest, I'll keep you up to date with whats going on
