I know exactly what you mean.. had a similar experience last night.
I'd just finished recording when the computer completely froze up! Thought it had all gone cos I hadn't saved the mix yet.. but as luck would have it, SoundForge 4.5 recorded it directly to a wave file so I was able to recover it... *phew*

Craig - If you really want to enter and have another go at recording a mix, feel free to use my setup. The Cd can be recorded in under 10 mins after finishing the mix.

Anyway.. CD is recorded. Not my very best effort by a long shot, but i don't have the spare time to make a prefect mix :)

It'll be dropped off at Foundation at lunchtime.

If there's no letter box, how does the postman deliver the ones that have been sent by post?

Been mixing for over 3 years.. probably 4 now! CDs and MP3 and what I know, but I've gained a lot more skill in vinyl this year - even more since getting the new decks :)

I mix Trance - not hard but theres always 1 or 2 tunes which I'll make an exception for. I like the circa 2000 / 2001 style before things became harder and over commercialised.. but I tend to pick up and mix tunes from any genre that gets me moving.

Yeah, I play trance and tech trance, mostly Marco V style stuff, I try to be different.
I play hard aswell but I didn't have time to do a cd for both.

    Not sure mate:)
Thats what it looks like to me too.
I tried to put tunes on my cd that I thought that no-one else would. Theres loads of 'obvious' trance tunes out at the moment that I think will be on alot of people cd's:)
