They made a mistake on my bill once - tried to charge me from the meter statrting at zero when I'd switched to them from another company.
Also check the serial number on meter to check you're getting billed for right one - I was getting billed for someone else's water for 3 years so got a £400 refund

Key/Token meters are more expensive! The Tariffs are slightly higher than quarterly meters and you have to pay a standing charge to use them!

is it even possible to use that much electricity, i have my pc with two monitors my tv pc and decks all my separates and lights on pretty much all day every day in our house, not to mention the other five people living in the house doing the same sort of thing, and our bills are normally about £300 for a 1/4.
