Power cut in heaton?

    Apparantly peeps have been stuck on the metros in the tunnels for hours!

    I had to go back over to Gosforth to pick my mam up from the metro and the traffic was a total nightmare

    me pike and jill have just been to see lee in hospital and the traffic was like match day all over the north east, traffic lights off everywhere on key roads.. complete nightmare :down:

    pike saw a crash or two as well..

    Power cut all over Newcastle!

    The traffic works at Gateshead, plus the power cut and me not being entirely sure where I was going and being absolutely dying for a pee :oops: resulted in a nightmarish jouney to the hospĀ¬!

    was going to say there was bloke in the middle of gosfirth high street tring to direct 2 lanes of traffic either way, then all thee cross traffic at the junction where the gosforth hotel is.

    was busy as fuck coming home the nite, think there was a crash on the central motorway above the road that is by the esso garage in sandyford.

    the weather has been shit today, was really foggy when i went up sunnyside before, couldn't see anything!

    That was a nightmare, especially with my navigation skills being crap at the best of times. :lol:

    Getting into work this morning with no metros was just as bad. Ditched the car in Jesmond, walked some of the way into town and then hopped on a random bus. Got to work an hour and 10 mins late.... :down:

    iv never experinced anything like the complete power cut yesterday, ut was like some sort of disaster movie.... i was driving like a mad man just to stay alive! :lol: i was driving on paths and in ppls gardens :lol: you couldnt see where the road was or where it turned as all lights and sign lights where off.

    You should of seen Asda man fuck me, people were obviously piling in cos Morissons / Sainsburys were closed and it was proper chaos :eek:

    the hospital was freaky as fuck we didnt see anyone for three floors except a kid that ran past shouting "what does offline mean" we just looked at each other :lol:
