Possible bomb in London

Not that I know of, I heard about it on another (London based) website, from someone who works in the next street.

Mate can't leave his building in Canary Wharf. Army is all around it.

Possibily some of the news isn't being released to keep panic to a minimum

On BBC now they are talking about controlled explosions being carried out.

Mate just missed the Liverpool St blast. Thank fuck!

Someone I know was on one of the affected tubes around Kings Cross - driver killed, windows imploded, black smoke everywhere. I can't even begin to imagine how scary it must have been.

I've just been catching up on whats happened. I can't believe it.

They are fucking scum and hopefully they will be caught and sent down for life.

It was only a matter of time before it happened to us.

I work just round the corner from Liverpool Street, it's well scary. Not allowed to leave the building.

Statement claiming London attacks
The BBC has located an Islamist website that has published a 200-word statement issued by an organisation saying it carried out the London bombings.
The organisation calls itself the Secret Organisation Group of al-Qaeda [literally the base] of Jihad Organisation in Europe.

The group not previously been heard of. The website has previously carried statements purporting to be from al-Qaeda. It is not possible to verify such claims published on the web.

anyone with a rucksack can walk into the foyer of any building, on any bus, train or tube and detonate a bomb undetected no matter how tight the security...
