    Its what you do after that, your meant to blow it back into the balloon but without actually blowing the balloon back up, only emptying your lungs so effectively its pure gas in the balloon again! You keep doing that over and over and it keeps hitting you over and over its class. I used to think what you do till Cazz showed me properly what to do :up:
