    To be fair, the board seems to have this argument about once a month and none of us are ever going to agree totally. A thread that sumone might like may be seen as a crap thread to sumone else and so on. It's just the way it is. There's little point arguing about it bcos, on the wider scale, it isn't really that important. To use those imfamous words - 'It's only a message board'.

    It's a very loose argument to say to board members not to post silly polls when you don't make any attempt to define a "crap poll".......hence the confusion in this thread.

    The board either has to revert to "Promise" and club related threads only (and) or bring in the day to day goings on in peoples lives. As a message board grows in size more people spend more of their day reading and posting on the board. Therefore they will mention more and more of the day to day things that go on in their lives. If this is boring the fuck out of you all you have to do is say, but be specific at the same time.

    If a thread is deleted, moved or edited, however small, the writer should be informed by PM out of politeness. If a thread is closed and the board do not approve then they should send us an email explaining why so we dont do the same again in the near future. But thats up2 the site owners really. They call the shots!

    the point of a message board is to give people an option of staying in contact during the week and to organise our hectic 21st century lives, you end up meeting ppl from the board and get to know them a bit. so you ask questions hence polls, everyone is getting to know eachother that little bit better.

    I mean is it really that hard to simply ignore "POLL" its only a click anyhow !!!
