Newcastle are fucking shite, yes they tried for 80 mins or so, but we're just really bad and can't create anything, and when we did have a chance we couldn't take it.

I'm sick of hearing people say have faith, we are terrible and i can't see us beating any team.

The Derby against Boro is being touted as the biggest since NFC faced SAFC in the 1990 play off semi's ..... and we all know what happened pmsl

Dooomed, I will openly admit the fact we ARE going down, that performance was fuckin shambolic. Michael '105k a week/didn't notice you were on the field' Owen was on fucking fire once again, Damien 'let's get the ball out on the left then turn back & smash it to Harper' was his glowing Irish pikey self again, deserve to go down, are going END OF! Must win game but just another stroll in the park/couldn't give a fuck performance from the Toons fantastic 11. JOKE!

I've accepted were going down now, we simply dont have the quality nor the fight in us to secure opportunities against under performing teams like Portsmouth.

I was having this convo with Geordie the other day, going down will get rid of all the freeloaders on the payroll & maybe get players wanting to play for the club again, rather than directors throwing stupid money at these internationals who don't have the 1st idea how important the club is to the city, have total wrong attitudes & no sense of urgency in troubled times or when it's needed.

As we were saying Keegan had the right attitude when we were in Div1 years ago, bought a set of players that could do the business to get us where we needed to be then fucked them off after a season to strengthen the squad in the Premiership: Scott Sellars, Brian Kilkline, Gavin Peacock, David Kelly etc.. etc.. that seems to be the only way to get the club back on track if/when we go down.

The thoughts been unbearable to think Newcastle are being relegated & it goes to show what can happen when a club is ran by a bloke who wont even live in the City, has nothing to do with his own business when things go sourly wrong. He's ultimately turned a mid table team into a complete Circus within the space if 1 season . Theres been so many mistakes this season from the 4 managers we've now had all the way down to longstanding quality players being forced into leaving the Club.

i'm gutted after last nights result like, we created nothing, playing 3 up top is all well and good but Butt Smith and (ulitimately) Guthrie are not creative players capable of supplying the service those 3 front men would need.

saying that there was 3 clear cut chances that all should have been scored (perhaps Viduka's could have been excused) but what the fuck Martins and esp. Owen were thinking is beyond me - even those chances all came from scrappy bits of play when the ball broke kindly for us though

last night was a disgrace from the useless fat cunt singing the blaydon races(how fucking cringeworthy was that) to the inept gutless display except maybe butt and smith we were fucking shite against a team in the bottom half of the very average premiership

some good away days to look forward to next season tho just hope the club surrvives and can you imagine playing in front of a less than half full stadium with the early cup games attracting between 10 and 15.000

make no mistake relegation would be a total diasaster and one we may not recover from for years

it not as bad as it looks we needed 3 wins then a draw at villa we just have to win last 3 games now.

only way it will happen is with changes starting with owen.

But we wont win them we would be deluding ourselves to think we could.

we have no fight no gutts and not 1 player who can see a pass.

yeah going down is bad but maybe its what the club needs to get back to a stable bass lots of dead wood and players we don`t want or need.

we do have some young players who could come in and play in championship and do well likes of krul, Carrol, Kadar etc

i think viduka was the only one that turned up last night. he is/was pretty much our key to staying up, and we missed him when he had to go off last night. and it's pointless having someone that can hold the ball up so well and having two abysmal strikers playing off him. owen might as well have just stayed in the dresing room, and martins is starting to make a habit of missing sitters.

we looked alright toward the end of the first half, and it seemed like it would only be a matter of time until we had one in the back of the net, but we just gave up in the second half and were absolutely useless.

now we have to rely on hull and/or the mackems to cock up to keep us up...

still think relegation and the loss of all that money would have massive implications for a club in so much debt and boro are in the same boat if not worse

NUFC should get 6 points from their next two home games SAFC will quite posssibly lose every single game from now to EOS so u should be above us really, we both should stay up.... haha how many times have u heard this in the past month

We wont stay up, any glimmer of hope was gone last night for me, I seen more fight in us against Arsenal weeks back when we got beat 2-0 than I have in crucial games against underperforming teams like Portsmouth, hull etc... were not taking the game to these teams or fighting for the full 90 minutes, the players look as though they've accepted the inevitable when they come back out after goalless draws at half time?
