    a DJM800 is 10 times better than a 600

he might be using the Midi control of it for Ableton/Traktor etc

Seen Ferry 3 times last year & although im not a big fan of his "Loud Electronic & ferocious" sound Lol! I must say his sets were spot on, all upfront new tracks & not a hint of "Punk or Rock your Body Rock" anywhere!

The only thing I could think Ferry uses the 800 for is efx? he doesn't use any computer programmes during his sets? & come to think of it isn't really that technically gifted when it comes down to it?

If he spits the dummy out, I'll gladly welcome 4 hours of Mr Hardwick! Lol:D

statics fee would be an hour set on the same bill as tulip hardwick and ferry

but the 800 is way better than anythingelse

when whitby played for us he strongly hinted (thats the nicest way i can phrase it) that we should have an 800 for him

luckily the fidsmeister came up trumps

    :king:

tbf statics is more of a nice bedroom decoration

ull probably guna have to go out of the north east to get hold of one!
i think a day before the gig is not the best time to see if you can borrow a piece of kit like that. id try some websites and then drive to the location and pick it up.

I thought digitals main setup was a djm1000+ Efx1000 ?? Surely he'd be better off with that unless as si mentioned earlier he needs it for the midi controller ??

apparently he 'won't use a DJM 1000 under any circumstance'

Got an 800 sorted though so thanks for all you suggestions
    and help
