I drink as much as my mates, but that does't make it ok.

The other week, for example, i had something like (approx):

3 pints
2 double vodka and cokes
3 shooters

that was in the pub before town...

in town..

about 5 double black aftershock and redbulls
a treble vodka redbull
and a double vodka redbull

thats all i can remember there would have been more

I think thats about 25 units ish? in one night!! The reccommended amount for a bloke is 21 a WEEK

Might not seem that much to some but it was alot for me, was ILL the day after

For the record im not trying to boast in a "look at how much i can drink" fashion, this is just an extreme example

i only 'cained' things as you may call it for a few months last year

hardly ever have anything now, once in a blue moon i'd say! last time i had stuff in a large amount was creamfields

i dont need drugs when i go out and most of the time have a better time without them

really cant stand pills anymore, they just make me feel fucked and tired and that i cant be arsed to stay out anymore

have the odd thing every now and again, but its just too expensiveand they make you feel crap for days after

im actually glad that ive grown out of things at a young age, i know people who've cained it for years

Probably never stop, but as I don't do them that often can't see it's that big a deal.

Wouldn't be surprised if I never did another pill though, think they're rubbish these days.

i dont really do anything now, my lass dont really like it, and i've not felt a huge urge to do it for a long time, so it's not a great loss. im pleased that i've experienced it - some moments i've had have been fantastic but thats all they are, moments.

ive stopped doing as much as i used to. only really take anything on a big night out, like going away for a weekend or something. cant handle the comedown from pills these days neither, fuckin terrible. rather stick to drink weekly and the odd dable here and there.
