I agree with that. Listened to this track a couple of times over the weekend and it's far better than a lot of the stuff that falls into this catagory/genre that is currently being released.

Although it's a short track (so far), at 2 and a bit minutes, all it needs is a bit of a beat stuck on the beginning and the end to finish it right off.

I'd never play it, possibly because the stuff I play is far to boring for this to even fit in by comparison. However, it'd definitely go down well in some of the more commercial bars/clubs around.

I haven't a clue how to produce a track well, but you seem to know what you're doing going by this.

ps. I take that back. I'd definitely play this at Studio (Donnies) or downstairs at The Phoenix in Hexham.

i played at a place called dontinos in hexham, is this the same place? (it was about 5 years ago or something) it was just a 1 off night i did as a favour for the manager of dh1/cafe rock (durham) - i remember meeting a lad they referred to as static, putting my maths in to overdrive, i would hazard its the same person that posts on here sometimes

anyhoo, thanks for listening to the track, i know its not exactly a breaking new club track, it was done as a bit of fun (an exercise in sampling if owt) and thats why i left it at radio edit length

i'll probably make it a bit more dj friendly when i get back to it - i had to put it on hold due to working at the weekend

    :)

    cool track Jase

really good skillz to bring it together, i would'nt change much on it apart from the intro/outro to lash something in either side of the track, as Granty said.

    Keep it up.
