How can people say Oakenfold was shit? He played a storming prog set and it was going off when he was on. Sounded like pretty new stuff aswell (except his couple of tech trance tracks towards the end which were a bit wank). Matt Darey - Animal aswell

Also played peter katafalk - pacific 202 with that amazing building bassline which went right off. Can't remember who played Supermodels From Paris - Keep On (JC1 Remix) but I was well pleased to hear that, think it might have been oakenfold actually.

Riley & Durrant were good as was O Bir but really oakenfold shit all over both of them. I haven't heard prog that good since Tulip.

You thought PVD was class at dance valley 2 years back, and his mixing was far from tight on the night, the videos there to prove it lol

I only notice mixing when it's a trainwreck, it's the least of my worries with a track selection that good.

    No trainwrecks to report.

I wasn't there thats why lol, but from the mixes i've heard it's not amazing but also nowhere near bad enough to mention, and as for pvd, he doesn't do much for me now, which is a shame because he used to be my fav dj. :)

haha im backing noone up, i'm viewing my opinion on him, from what i've heard he's went much more proggy, and plays more underground than half the trance djs now which all just bang out the same boring shit with offbeat bassline after bassline.

That's exactly why I think you decided how good he was before you even seen him.

If he is still playing the same tunes as stated in your first post can you tell me which ones they were as I try to keep up on prog and recognised about three tracks.
