You know you could take them to a tribunal for that.

You can't predetermin the outcome of a disciplinary. A disciplinary has to have both sides of the argument and a decision made based upon the evidence provided by bith your boss and yourself.

The fact that he has said you will be getting sacked at the disciplinary means it's predetermined means it's going against employee law.

This is in a perfect world, i'd say 95% of disciplinary hearings are decided before they've even started.

If a manager wants to have a quite word then they pull you to one side, if they want to nail you then they set up a disciplinary, if they have cause to set up a hearing in the 1st place they have enough to disciplin you.

I presume this was a conversation and nothing was documnted which means it's your word against his also.

I'd just take it on the chin n get myself to the agencies n buy thursdays ronny gill sharpish!

Really enjoyed Saturday! Music and banter was spot on!

Apart from the flight delays (for both DJs) everything went pretty smooth. Even despite the short time we had to get open for 11.

Cheers to everyone that came down.. We really appreciate it! :D

Lost my phone though... Gutter!
