I hate it when people say that. My mate hangs around with a load of charva's who would love to kick my head in for no apparent reason....but they're OK with him so they're cool.

hahah my god, those people complaining about the foundation bouncers don't even know how good you've got it.

at one time you could take a beating in the empire just for making eye contact with one of them.

the tall trees lot are well sound, the best bouncers i've ever encountered and thats an opinion i still hold after i've probably been thrown or carried out of the club nearly into double figures.

when we went to the empire both times there was ppl being ushered round the back for what looked like a kicking & i ahve no idea how u or duncan have managed to stay unbarred from tt....i saw 1 state u were in last year, ouch...that was duncan's fault tho...

i think they are sound me.
they're always nice when i talk to em. if you break the rules of their club then god help you though.

i reckon they are alright.
it helps that my missus is really friendly with them with her working there, so they know who i am

I personally find all the bouncers OK apart from the tall skinny one with shaved blondish hair.

If you queue for 15-30 minutes outside, you can guarantee the dress code will have changed at least 5 times before you get to the front.

We saw someone turned away from Shindig for wearing trainers, who went home to get changed in to shoes and the bouncers were all laughing when he got back. £20 taxi fair for his trouble!

I have never been turned away in 2 1/2 years, but I put this down exclusively to looking at the ground and keeping my mouth closed until I get inside so I don't give the slightest hint of an excuse.

I know my turn will come one day though.

personaly ive never had a problem, only said the passing "allright mate" to a few of them as i enter or leave.

i rember the 1st time i ever went tho, i was trying to get one of them to have a jump about on the dancefloor (think he was black?) he just laffed his head of and said "no fucken way mate" and walked of with a smile

Never had any problem with bouncers, my only grief is that they need to sort out those black jackets.

I've been drinking in pubs and clubs for about 10 years and they all still wear the same one's.
