    Well done, ive quit a few times, i thought having a drink would be the hardest but it isnt its being around smokers that is! Hence why i smoke again! keep it up tho ;)

    so have i really, last tab i had was on sat, just ive been at my mam and dads, so can't smoke there and im not bothered one bit. I could go a week i reckon.

    I'm having a month off the booze too. First week or so was bad but not fussed now.

    Back on it on 1st Feb though, just in time for Arsenal Vs Man U with Wednesday off work "just in case" :lol:

    You were bloody chain smoking them mate!

    You'd lit one, had about half of it, put it in the ash tray, forgot it was there and lit another!!! :lol:
