    new jewsey... thats where I lived, its all part of the city, just on the other side of the river... avoid newark at ALL costs, its like new orleans every day of the week.. NJ is basically suburban sprawl mixed in with a few oil refinerys, scrap yards, freeways, car parks... get the picture!

    unless you go south to ocean city, wildwood, cape may etc. which is the total opposite, but more 'beachy'...

    you don't want to be paying the tunnel costs to get onto manhattan every day so unless your public transporting it, i'd stay on the island.. just find a hotel close to a subway and your sorted :up:

    where are you staying in NJ? get the PATH underground from Newark and a few other places.. this takes you right into south Manhattan to Courtlandt St (WTC), piece of piss...

    i am staying in NJC near the Path station, is this the way to travel? what is this a underground????

    yep its the underground train that takes all the 'migrants' from Newark into Manhattan under the river... you'll love it...



    just watch out when you go into the tunnels...
