That's why his coffin was empty in season 1, and how Jack was talking about his dad being alive in the flash forward in the last episode of season 3.

I gave up wtahcing this about 2yrs ago towards the end of season one. Has anything happened yet?

What were you hoping would happen? I don't understand it when people act like they were expecting a full on alien encounter at some point. It's a mystery series and that's what happens.. mystery!

I'm not slating it like, obviously shit loads of people like it, it's just not my cup of tea.

A ton of stuff has happened but you need to watch every episode in the correct order otherwise significant parts of the plot won't make sense. Imo it's way better when you don't get to see things the way you always want to because usually things aren't as good as your hoped. The Blair Witch was good because you never got to find out what exactly was going on.
