I'd say alcohol and heroin, after working with heroin addicts and alcoholics for a ywar. They both completely destroy your life
Crack too, although that hasn't made a huge impact here the way it has in America.
There's no drug that I havent tried, that I would want to try- stuff like Ket and GHB is pretty grim too.

smack is obviously the dirtiest drug....though i would also steer clear of geebee and 2C1 i think
