Ah, at last. The girl see's sense.
I bought mine from Argos. Goodmans GCE7350. £99. Comes with a little remote aswell (no use whatsoever). Fitted it myself and it works aswell.

It's a doddle transferring music from your PC that you've already downloaded in MP3 form (as most of it is) AND you'll be able to play regular music CDs on it aswell.
C'mon, how much better can life really get, eh??

Pessimist. You must be a 'glass is half empty' rather than a 'glass is half full' type of person.

I would get a MDisc player for the car, for the simplicity of it.... and I get where your coming from about having lots of cds in the car. Also Mini Discs are much more suited to getting chucked about the car.

I am looking for a MD player atm pref with digital radio on it as well...... There are two shops in Sunderland who are excellent price wise and fit for free.

You can have 1 CD in a sleeve (or in the player for that matter) with 10 hours of music on it.

Ruth is a girl. She doesn't want to be fannying about with digital compression formats & pc's.

She just wants to hit "Record" and have her latest Blazin Squad album in a good transportable format.

You lot sound like you get more enjoyment making your cds than listening to em
