I don't think he realises what he's up to is actually wrong. He should plead insanity. Why keep inviting kids round your house when you've been investigated before about things like this:confused:

hmmm I dunno, he did say he shared his bed(room) with kids who stayed at Neverland, which is wrong in the first place, but I'm suspicious that the allegations came out just after the TV programme. I reckon the accusers saw that and figured easy $25 million to be made here *ker-ching*

It's the easiest thing in the world to do, just get the kid to say Michael touched my willy and it's impossible to disprove

I'm 45/55 on this but If I had to bet my house I'd bet it on not guilty

No, I'm just saying the presumption he's guilty because he slept in the same bed as kiddies is wrong.

    Not guilty.

Already guilty via trial by media though, sadly.

He's just very niave and has let himself been taken advantage of.

Of course, I dunno all the facts so I can't sy for certain. I don't think he's done anything wrong tho. He's just totally messed up, which is understandable given the life that he has had - abuse, stardom at young age etc.

Im not liking the jury that was choosen either.

if the first case of molestation (Jordan something) had gone to court instead of Jacko paying out it would have been flung out by the judge anyway. Jackson's lawyers had taped conversations of the lad's father saying that if he paid them £xxx they would leave him alone.
In my opinion, its not about the payout, its about justice. if you really thought someone had molested your kid you'd want them locked up so they couldnt harm anymore children.
Someone said earlier that he's guilty by the media - thats so true!
