Im willing to give anyone on here the time of day if i see them in a bar or a club and i have met some of you and have a good laugh but i just feel like an internet message board is not a serious place, i chat to people i like on the net privately but a public forum for me is just a place full of people who bite far to easy and i cant help it, its fun, I even said hello to Teknofish last week and atho i cant remeber much he seemed a nice bloke but i will still try and get a bite out of him on here, it brings out his funny remarks which make me chuckle..

thats a bit of a sad reason ;)

    agreed 100%

its not healthy and too many people take messageboards seriously... this is where i think people mix up the real life thing. yes boards are interactive and "real" but some people can be something they arent and say things they usually wouldnt. its not neccessarilly a good indicator of "real everyday life" situations. + a lot of people air dirty laundry on here which is something i'd try to avoid at all costs... thats defo not healthy, i dont like people i barely know, knowing my personal business.

used as a bit of fun and talking to mates its harmless, but physically socialising on a regular basis is reccomended ;)

Don't you want to know anybody off here in 'real life' then? We are real people y'know- honest! Not faceless robots :p

Meeting people off the board has changed my life- sounds dramatic, but it's true!

There isnt anything worse than 3/4 years later when ya out "Eeeeeeeee your fucking Geordie off the board"

I dont think we'll ever all agree on this one, and what fun would it be if we did? ;)

However, i think it rather sad to "hide behind a username". Why the need to hide? To come on here to ridcule, bully or take the piss behind a diff name indicates a little more than insecurity in yourself, which I think is worse than having part of your life on here. There's obviously something wrong with you if you come on the internet as a diff person to what you are. Wtf is the point? Isnt that like schizophrenia??? Multiple personalities? Or just being cowardess? Or is it escapism from your shitty life? I would have used my "real" name when joining if it hadnt of already been taken and I make no effort to hide who I am.

Im trying hard to actually think of people who spend their lives on here, but Im struggling. I think all of us have friends on and off the board. Lives on and off. Some spend more time on here than otheres, but naturally diff people have diff amounts of spare time.

I think this thread has been too easy to jump on "internet life". Well if you dont like it so much, or think its so sad, why on earth are you here? Fuck off and do something with your "real life"

    The end :)

no longer smoking or drinking! - for now...
I am heather, aka daffodil, aka crasherbiatch.

Lots of you know me, i used to go to promise and work at foundation.

I now live in darlington and never see anyone on this board anymore.

I do use this message board and msn to talk to people and the stuff i write about IS real life. Makes me sad that some of you are just fucking about.

Im currently at my mothers under house arrest. I could fone some1 but most of my mates have mobiles, and she has barred all mobile calls from the house fone and i have no credit on my mobile and im not allowed to go out to top it up (no £ anyhow)

Although a lot of you think i shouldnt be on the message board, i dont really have a lot of options with communicating with the outside world right now.

This is my life, my real life...plesae take that into consideration.

Wish people still called me the biatch :(

Get a grip - hundreds of thousdands of people have died in asia a few months back, had to clear up their dead relatives and seen dozens of corpses rotting in their own streets.... with no home to go back to, no family left and their existance and country in utter ruin because of it ..... and the most you have to worry about is feeling sorry about yourself because you miss your ex boyfriend and not having enough credit on your mobile phone.

Kinda puts it into perspective doesnt it.

I don't think heather's problems are just missing her boyfriend or having no credit....

I dont want to get embroiled in some kind of argument with anyone but we're masters of our own destiny in this world. From what i see on here, its just people feeling sorry for themselves rather than doing something about it actively ...... all im saying is that when you see the kind of SHIT that most of the people in this world have to go through on the average day, watching their families die in front of them, dodging bullets while getting a loaf of bread from the back of an aid truck.... its almost insulting to see other people whining when they live in one of the most cushy countries in the world where the most we have to worry about are meaningless things.
