    Wont even have my humble monkseaton abode to retire for sum R&R as my Mother has sold my house! Thank God for the nice people @ Ripon gardens - I know I just boasted about how RARIN' to go this weekend but Im not sure about Timo cos I've got an Exam on the monday and I'm a complete creature of excess once I get in the swing of things and it could be a disaster...
