Guy J played the best set i have heard in years at Digital. Funkagenda gave it some behind the deck and smashed it as i expected he would.

Funkagenda was using Ableton, 2 x ipads and 2 x 2000. He was technically very creative with loops and samples. Great to watch.

Guy J was superb, played proper prog not this 'progressive' shite that's about due to outsell itself and disappear back into the obscurity it came from as quickly as it appeared. I was appalled that when i went into revolution before hand that they have now jumped on the bandwagon and started banging this crap out instead of the funky and classical stuff they used to provide which had made it one of my favourite bars. Luckily tokyo saved face and still remains true and that place that was destination now its changed its name again at least also provided some more of the same. Funkagenda is extremely entertaining to watch on as he is a right geek with all the technology etc, was just a shame that there wasn't more people there to witness it all cause i certainly enjoyed it and enjoyed having a bit of room to chuck some shapes about unlike at elektriqa when you barely have enough room to lift a bottle to your mouth to drink it
