I'll leave the Boss, Armani and CP Company clobber at home then!!

Thing is I do quite like indie...just not most of the sweaty, scruffy fuckers that tend to follow it!!

Cheers for the advice though - just found out it's meant to 20+ degrees tomorrow (in Manchester  ) so should be class!!

My image of uni : Sitting on the grass, 6 pack of corona, no books insight

    You'll be fine:)

If your living in halls then the freshers weeks are gonna be wild. Student loans in the bank one big party for a week solid.

I nearly killed myself after the first week

Wish i could start this year again really. work kicks in next year

I didn't really like the city, how it was so spread out, my friends were into different things to me, got quite home sick from my bf at the time, my uni course was a complete utter shambles and felt id been conned into the course cos it wasn't as described, plus i missed out on freshers week due to them oversubscribing accommodation and i had nowhere to live for 10 days :(

sound like you had it hard not having anywhere to live n all. Freshers week is a massive part of it all mind, meeting people going out and stuff.

Manchester is well spread out. Im okay, leeds is like Newcastle all packed into one place.

Oh well guess uni aint for everyone............suppose it depends where you go :)
