Although I agree that the door staff are there to protect the people inside, I have seem some absolute cunts get what they deserved, used to work as a bar staff in south shields and you get to see what scum come out the wood work when they are pissed, I have seen people spit, throw glasses at bouncers who were just stood on the door to try and provoke them when they were pissed to try and be hard.

I have also seen the police break a lads nose for doing nothing more than asking to go back into a pub to look for his wedding ring.

People are human and as such should be treat, bouncers are there as they are needed, I am glad that the most I have had run ins with have been friendly/professional, but if they lose it they should be held accountable and for the most they are.

My point was that this happens even with the people who are put there to protect us from this, but we never hear about the police kicking fuck out of people.

the perfect solution is to live in a world where everyone treats each other with respect on a night out so we wouldn't need bouncers, but until then I'll take me chances with the odd sketchy doorman and it really is the odd one think how many people get thrown out of places week in week out and then compare that to the number of "stories" you hear of bouncers going overboard

I work with a bloke whos mate was a bouncer.

Threw a guy out, guy started giving it the extra salad about going to get a gun etc.

Bouncer thought nothing of it, guy came back and shot the bouncer in the spine.

    Paralysed for life
