Hmmm. I was speaking to Rachel about this yesterday when she explained this thread. She said she called her uncle who was a policeman. Then she went on to say that if anything ever happened to Joe, then her uncle can have a look at all the evidence on this thread. I will not say anymore. :p

    interesting developments

it appears that there is a tape that has come to light that has the mother & son accusing jackson of mollestering stating that they don't think he is a mollesterer & that she (the mother) see's jackson as a good father & as a father figure to her child!!!! :)

no he's not, he's a grown up responsible for his actions, and no matter how rich he is has still got to behave within the laws of society!!

I can't imagine anyone else getting away with even having kids sleeping in their own bed, which he's admitted to. It's wrong, or at least very suspect!

Ruth, "mollestering" - not in the dictionary but an excellent word :D

Thats absoloute poppcosh you overgrown anarchist.

IS a mentally retarded man with the mental age of a 5 year old a grown up responsible for his actions?

If Michael Jackson is indeed mentally disturbed - which most people assume and logic certainly suggests this... Then he isn't a responsible grown up.

but surely the parents who are letting their kids do this should take some responsibility as well....they know that mj lives in a fantasy world (hence never never land ranch) & i for one wud not let a child of mine sleep in the same bed as a grown man!!!!

Si - i liked that word...think i mite ask them to put it in the dictionary...if not it can go in Ruth's dictionary..tis much more fun than the oxford version!!!! :D :king: :chill:

I was given a different explination.

What exactly are you saying though, that if I took a beating I would be if a grass, snitch, whatever if I prosecuted them?

... and for the "stone him now" brigade out there, yeah that's you Ian, have you considered the option that these allegations now *might* just be complete fiction from gold-diggers seeing an easy way to sting MJ out of millions of dollars in out of court settlement???

Doesn't take a genius to work out that since he admitted in the Brashir interview that he sometimes has kids sleeping in his bed, that any child abuse allegation is gonna stick like flypaper.

I'm surprised at your views on this whole issue Ian (and Les), especially BECAUSE you have a young daughter you're having trouble with your ex about seeing. Do you realise how easy it would be and how much damage it would cause for your ex to shout "child abuse" at you??? It happened to me a few years ago, well my girlfriend at the time, and it ain't funny I can tell you!

If it happened to you would be in exactly the same position that MJ is now, and you'd be praying to god that you'd have someone on your case who's prepared to consider the possibility that you're innocent, and please god, not someone with views like your own otherwise you'd be fucked!

    Re: interesting developments

I would fucking hope so if they let there kid stay there, doesn't prove anything though.

Lollipop - that guy on the salon was there for personal reasons, he was giving a performance. I'm sure Michael Jackson would prefer his 'friends' to keep quiet and let his lawyers deal with it. Oliver was only doing the exact same thing as what he was criticising - adding to the trial by media.

of course not, that's an obvious exception I didn't even need to state!

thats bollocks!! when has anyone ever suggested that he's mentally disturbed?? Is that going to be his defence, I doubt it very much! And if not then he's responsible for his actions
