to those that insist on making threats veiled or not. please read what i have to say and consider the implications for yourselves.

to quote the summary from Lord Steyn in the case Ireland[1998] AC 147. Which is now common law across England & Wales.

basically since this ruling you can actually be charged with the section.47 Offence of Assault Occasioning ABH by simply making a threat to someone. This carries a maximum of 5 years imprisonment, so please cretins of this world choose your words more carefully in the future as i don't think our prisons need any more remedials in there current state.

he was trying to get his point across & i don't agree with joe very often...maytbe it was atad harsh what he said to iany-e but at the same time who are they to say things like that about mj??????

yeah, th eenws is saying that the lawyer of the kid from the case 10 yrs ago is trying to get prince michael, paris & prince michael II taken away from jacko!!!

tis a sad state of affairs...leave the bloke alone until the case is over....

fair comment, but r kelly is guilty and people know it,he admits to havin sex with 13 year old, MJ is not guilty, yet, if he is atall, but its just views isnt it,on a celebrity, joe saying he fiddles own daughter to make a point, now that is wrong, weather MJ guilty or not, very wrong,
