Just to clarify, my post wasn't meant to be disparraging in any way and I don't think I've said anything that could be taken as negative about the new night on a Saturday

& 2 points of conjecture regarding who i thought was most likely to play the main room and which market I thought they'd be going for.

I'll admit, it's probably a bit unfair to say that a new venture is basing itself on something that already exists.

For what it's worth (which I imagine is very little), I totally agree with the logic behind providing an affordable big event on a Saturday.

As for being the Daily Star, I'm truly flattered Dave, but I'd suggest I'm something more akin to the Wallsend Herald & Post.
