My Progress So Far: Series 4 Episode 4. the flashbacks/forwards in time are starting to get a bit confusing, however it's still been really good so far. i'm catching up! however - i think it'll be annoying having to wait a week to watch an episode when i've been watching 2-4 episodes at a time off the belt. Current Lost Mindstate: Keenly Puzzled.
lastnights was very good. so it looks like the whole plane crashed on the island but the others disappeared? or is it a different island they have crashed on? wonder if walt was on the plane? and how evil is Ben Im starting to think that maybe Widmore is a good guy afterall?? still totally confused but good nonetheless
all along , i thought christian was a GHOST - infact he's probably alive!!! reckon he engineered it all?
I think Christian is dead but because of all the time leaps on the island he's been re-incarnated - like Locke has been now, if you know what i mean? I think Ben had to kill Locke otherwise he would have led Widmore to Daniel's mum and therefore would have found the island. Obviously if Locke was dead it would stop this and Ben probably knows he'd come back to life with the island skipping time etc anyways. Or i might just be completely off the mark...
Did that Christian (black guy working for Whitmore) not visit Locke when he was a kid a couple of seasons ago? or am I thinking of someone else?
Christian is Jack's dad, the guy in the cave when locke turned the wheel. The black guy was an orderley in the hospital and told Locke to do the walk in season 1 i think it was. it was the other guy who visited him at home, his name totally escapes me at the min haha. The bloke who has never aged and been on the island for ever. Ben's number 2
They said they had to re-create the conditions that got them there in the first place, so Locke being dead means he took the place of Jack's dad? Ben stopped Locke from killing himself cos that would mean he'd lost his belief in he island, once he had that back he could die so he could be brought back on the island???? I reckon Ben is still the good guy.
it's all gone west in series 4. what the fuck is the crack with desmond time travelling?! i was utterly baffled for a good 2 hours last night
i know - Magpie said something similar a while ago about series 2, but it didnt get any clearer! couple of episodes i had to skip back on just to pick up bit's that i'd missed however the shocking thing for me was that it seemed to get all VERY different in such a short space of time i.e desmond having the jumps on the and the rather harsh (too harsh i'd say) divide between the 2 groups. also the amount of new information that seems to be coming out of thin air! cracking viewing tho!
yeah mate, when des phone's penny up - the amount of shit that hits the fan on that epidsode is unreal!
It's about to take a complete new direction. Here are some right spoilers. BEWARE I was right about timeloop theory and somebody said it spoilt it for them. Personally I think it makes it better because it's too complicated and my memory is incompatible with Lost. **** BIG SPOILERS **** From the man that brought you timeloop theory a few series back (any time, any time ) (no puns, I dont like them) I present: Egyptian Fact. The statue represents an Ancient Egyptian God/Goddess, possibly a specific one who represents the underworld (and had a guardian who took people who were more evil than good -i.e the smoke monster revealed) -and another, the god of the sky (one is Others, one is Dharma) Richard Alpert (RA) represents RA The Sun God who is famous from the Hollywood hit Stargate. the two items Locke was offered as a kid, one being the Book of Laws which he didn't choose. and the hieroglyphics when the numbers ran out in The Hatch. and loads of other shit
