    I don't think it's fair to mention names in this thread to be honest (although thanks to those that mentioned me ;))

    There are some very good DJs in Newcastle, it's the same with every city. There are a select few, however, that should be doing much bigger things than they are. We all know who those people are...

    This thread is offer some encouragment to the all DJ's who use the board and point those who don't know who plays what in the right direction.

    theres fucking loads tbh, for every one talented dj that 'makes it' theres another 100 that are more or less just as good that dont. heres a few off the top of my head that have impressed me, but like i said ill be missing loads out....

    house: andy b, pete robinson,
    prog: revel, remi thompson,
    trance: luke terry, chris spence, m-x, jimmy,
    hard trance: hutchy, che
    hard: smiggsy, james dub, batfink, johnny demonik

    ill edit it later, know ive missed loads out, theres far too many to mention!!! :p

    i need to get out a see a few more of these def. ive heard good things bout dave mcgee and chris spence and wouldnt mind seeing Hutchy too as im a big fan of decent hard trance

    far to many to mention tbh, but the standards very high up here which is very pleasing!!! especially with me, jim & allie running 'twisted' as theres plenty to choose from!!! :D

    off the top of me head, jim as always, allie's doing well, mr mac's a quality dj as is marty v, fizz etc etc as i say far to many to mention, but the futures looking bright in newcastle!!!

    Scott Nicholson is the best one I've heard - his warm up sets at Disco Noir were excellent

    I could list the same lists as other people but thats easy, I do enjoy listening to people I know play all types of music as I aint into 1 or 2 types of genres. But I do recall Jimmy rocking it one time this year it was fooking class.
