eczema's nasty shit, just started getting it myself  my work shirt makes it even worse.

thankfully my current employers have given me a new one which doesn't aggrevate it as much :)

I've never had it until about two months ago (although one of my sisters has it). it started off in a ring round my neck (where the lining of my work shirt was rubbing) and spread all over... it's slowly starting to go but I fucking hate it... when it gets hot and itchy I want to scratch my skin off...

have you been to the doctors? if so what has he given you? Steroid creams like Fucibet are a godsend, but you cant use them all the time, just keep taking antihistemines everyday, should help a little.

and if you get it on your hands, dont plunge them into near boiling water, how ever satisfying it may feel...im always getting told off for that one...and bathing in near boiling water :)

    feels so good mind :p

not been to the doctors, my mum's an ex-nurse (and has it herself) so she's got me some eumovate, some E45, and that bath crap (emoliant or whatever its name is).

Don't have it on my hands (although it's starting to form on the inside of my wrists :( ) I've found ice cubes take away the urge to scratch....

Hmm... i've done a few short, agency jobs while working as a student :

    1) 2 days making scaffolding planks on building yard, hammering metal plates over the ends of planks of wood... i work out i'd waved the hammer 12,000 times or something... oo mi wrist

    2) 11 hours - Sandwich factory - i was 'cheese straightener' at a factory making pre-pack sarnies... long conveyor belt, i was towards the end 'making sure the cheese was evenly spread' - awful job. people used to faint when the belt stopped.

    3) 4 hours - Same factory but in the butchery department where joints of meat were vacuum sealed, had to carry black bin bags full of 'left over meat' to a giant skip outside... the skip smelt like nothing on this earth, 100's of bags of left overs   sometimes the bags would spilt and cover your shoes in a fatty ooze :sick::sick::sick:

Me and my friend started PRing for a pub when we lived abroad for the summer. We lasted 2hours before we sneaked off cos we fancied getting pissed instead (and also missed our old job and friends but we had to leave cos we'd been living off beans and rice for 2weeks cos we had no money - bless us!). We didnt dare go past that pub again after that.

My friend out there in tenerife worked at a chinese restaraunt for about 20mins before running away cos they wouldnt give him a bottle of water. He walked over to the nearest shop intending to buy water himself, and came away with a bottle of wine and ran to our apartment (we lived about a minute away from he chinese) It was so funny at the time.
