I might put some cream in it and use it for it's original purpose of making whipped cream.

How do you do it properly?

Take deep breathes of it but then breath it back into the balloon. Should take you atleast 30 seconds to do it properly

has to be better value for money than the €10 i spent on oxygen at Armada..

I get all the Oxygen I need for free, they saw you coming a mile off.

You can do it two ways.

Breath in and out of the balloon quite deeply and then when youve done that for a bit take smaller breaths. Do it for as long as you can cos its just nitrogen in the balloon so you can make it last.

Or you can inhale the whole thing and hold your breath which is really funny cos your just holding your breath and the music starts to go really high pitched and you want to burst out laughing.

Both good ways of doing but the breathing in and out one if the way i told people!

You can do it straight from the cannister too but thats dangerous, but that makes you feel really dizzy, still mint though
