I'm with rossy on this one, i go to nights where I know i'll enjoy the music, i love prog house, and prog house dj's play shindig, that doesn't mean i have to go to shindig for a funky house dj just to support the night.
It seems like alot of youse have no life outside of clubbing, i personally enjoy going to the pub just as much as clubbing because there's more banter, so why would i pay to see a shit dj to show my support for the night when i can go have a laugh with mates, I just wait till there's summic i fancy.
    :)

You part-timer you! How dare you call yourself a clubber if you're not supporting the scene every week? Everyone would be better off if you just didn't bother at all. Next you'll be saying you drink beer when you're out.

    Honestly, people these days.

I know, i really have no life, i should be saving every penny up to go clubbing at the weekend and getting off-it, and i have been known to shift a lager or two recently, in a pub WITHOUT dance music playing

     :D

It has always been so. Not just for trance, but pretty much any music in general.

Just making a point, people know what they like and most only go out to see something they want to see having the same opinion as me, I will go when they book someone i like, such as john o'callaghan and other trancier dj's, but why pay to go when you don't like the dj, and probably won't enjoy the music? It's actually really stupid when you think about it when you consider there's loads of other things worth spending money on :)
