    Edit:

Looking at the line up's for furture dates, Armins on along with Marco V - the trip is definately worth the effort due to the Crasher in Sheff now being cremated.

If your on about Blackhall & Bookless then I suggest they take it up with the guys from Goodgreef (who pay the wages).
I couldn't imagine them having that much of a problem to be honest as they wouldnt have accepted to play at Tall Trees for the same apparent peole who 'didnt pay' them in November?

I personally have never had a problem, the headliners have never had a problem, and i cant imagine anyone not getting paid having that much of a problem if accepting more gigs?

As for being barred, i couldn't comment, I have told the lads that if they have any incline of it to just simply contact the Ballrooms itself of Goodgreef, simple.

Best get the full story from both 'Side Shows' next time;)

In my honest opinion there are only 2 local DJ's who warrant a wage for playing a nightclub in Newcaslte: Scott Bradford & Scooby. For others a mere contribution to travel exspenses is suffice, theres no other local DJ's big enough who can demand a wage?

I get next to fuck all all for playing if I was totally honest? I make my money from the promo work. I do it for the crack, because I absolutly love it & to meet like minded people who are up for the music, playing the night gives me enough exposure not to be arsed about wanting loads of ££'s.

Seems as though there are a few too many Eric Morrillo's running round Newcastle these days.....

like mr c says "unless you can can pull more than 100 punters you are nothing more than an accomplished bedroom mixer"

mr c also said "its not my job to give my mates a dj career"

theres a few should take note

For the record (before what iv'e said gets taken out of context) this wasn't a dig at the lads - Blackhall & Bookless.

Just others need to let folk raise issues for themselves (if they have any) instead of stirring shit :)

    Ah.

It means fuck all to me, but for JOC it's a massive acheivement (quote the WELL DONE), considering his gigs were few & far between only 12 months ago, is a mammoth step up the ladder.
