Interesting read this thread. Ive always had the impression that the door staff/bar staff/general staff at the cosmic Ballroom were sound as fuck and always saw it as one of the venues strong points. They always seem to have time for a bit of banter and are very polite :)

At the end of the day though im seeing it from a punters point of view. From what has been said, i understand the frustrations that would arise from things like that, especially what proudy has been saying about closing times. That must be really dissapointing having to cut peoples sets down etc and generally end the night when it could have clearly kept on rolling in good spirits :cool2:

In general, the venue is awesome in terms of location, space, sound etc. The new layout has done wonders for the club imo. It feels like when you first walked into foundation and suddenly felt like you had been hit over the head with a rave hammer. Just gets you even more up for the night ahead :groovy:

Like Danny said, i think the place could do with a few more lights and it would be perfect. I personally couldnt ask for anything more from a clubspace and it has totally revitalised my nights out. It even turns into a proper sweatbox when it fills right up and you leave feeling like you have done something wrong. I love that feeling :)
