Work as an auditor in Luxembourg. Mainly auditing banks, investment funds and a few private equity companies.
Do you need to do a masters for that? What was your undergrad degree in? I bet you could apply for some environmental consultant positions and get one - so many people are doing Transport Planning MScs at the moment when they really don't need to, as Transport Planners are in high demand - I did a Geography degree and walked into the job, it's really basic and once I get chartership (5 years down the line) I'll be laughing
I did geography too. I wanna get into oil and gas, minimum requirement is a masters I'm told. Dunno if thats actually true cos I ain't applied yet - I can't apply for those types of jobs here because of the visa I'm on. Might be worth a shot when I come back though. Masters degree is good if you wanna emigrate to Australia/New Zealand/Canada anyway - you virtually get straight in.
Yeah probably mate, we always seem short of blokes. I'll have an ask about to see for sure, not sure who to ask like. Ideals fuckin suck lol
You aint wrong there mate. Also their engineers are fuckin terrible down south from what ive seen (i dont work for ideal directly). I got told to change a heatex on a boiler down there... so i did, by the time i filled my sheets out the pressure was up through 3-4bar, wife told me that always happened, so i checked the expansion vessel, it was knacked and that was the problem all along. the engineer who had been before me said, "when the pressure goes up like that, let some water out of the radiators, its fine" dunno how they get away with it lol
