The Prince was the first ship I worked on, back in 2003. They sold it later that year due to it costing too much to add a sprinkler system. Our regulations are stronger than other countries so it went to Italy or something. We got the Duke in its place. Which was like an origami hat.

They've since sold the Duke and replaced it with the King Of Scandinavia, which is the sister ship to the Princess Of Norway. Now the route has two similar ships, instead of one raft and the other a cardboard cut out

    now you know :D

    Here and there.....
I've got this on now. Totally not the sort of stuff I'd normally listen to.

Tbh, it's probs the sort of mix that if someone brought to afters I'd be like " What the fuck you stuck on here" at first, but I'm through most of it and enjoying it. The Flash Gordon bit always reminds me of the "It Takes a Nation of Millions....." album by Public Enemy, which is a good thing.

I suppose you've gotta give everything a chance and, if you hadn't already told us a couple of times, I'd have never had put you djing these tunes.

I like this mix because it doesn't take itself seriously and play the latest 9min long deep/tech/minimal house tracks - like I do - and it's really well mixed.

Cheers for this. Refreshing having something different on the pod.

I don't like that Stafford Brothers track though.

    thanks Vicky! :D

nice one Granty, a little change once in a while is always a good thing!

    Public Enemy ftw!

I'm loving the Stafford Brothers track, but I'm not sure it fits in to the mix as well as it could - It might have been better as the last track or something. It was sunny when I discovered it and the geetar/vocal/synth combo in the break makes me smile a lot. Its all good :)

    Thanks for listening! :)
