January detox

    My downfall is fizzy drinks :( Im going to have horrible teeth when older if I don't stop! i have about 6 cans a day :(

    my teeth are fairley ficked & i rarely drink fizzy pop...dpends onhow strong your teeth are as to how much effect what you eat n drink has on your teeth :)

    Emmm, Ive lost a stone in the past couple of months, and lost weight over xmas so im pretty pleased....I could try and eat more fruit etc but im pretty healthy most of the time.

    Im pleased to say 2moro will be my third day of not smoking - I really hope I dont give up on it, cos I really want to quit full stop. As Im trying to give up smoking, im being realistic and im going to try and not drink fridays and saturdays...thats probably not being realistic :lol: But I have a lot of stuff to get sorted for uni anyway so it would be best. I know as soon as a sip of vino hits my lips I'll be chain smoking those smooth marlboro lights..

    I am going to try and do more exercise too.... quiting smoking, less drinking and more exercise seems like a bit of a detox to me! :angel2:

    If you can do all that then you'll not need to detox for a while!

    Giving up drinking is relatively easy.. I've managed to go out drinking 5 times last year.. ok so all of them were multi hour and multi venue / all day benders but its a pretty high achievement.

    I really need to find out how to kick the pizza habit.. thats my one weakness :(

    Drinking..
    It might be a tad more but its still pretty low.

    I still go out but v rarely drink.
    Once you do it a few times you get used to it. :)

    I've ate really healthy over the festive period from the lack of junk food available so feel as if i have lost quite a few pounds, so gunna try and keep up with eating more food like i have been over here although I doubt it'll work :(

    Im giving up drink for two weeks.

    Which is actually only gonna be one weekend. Back on the booze on Friday 13th!

    I completely agree that pizza is fucking lush..
    1 a week is good.. but I seem to be having about 3 a week these days.. and thats ontop of a couple of nights with chips and stuff.

    Its hard to cut out convienience though :(
