Melt, a question...if you thought the council vote was sown up weeks/months ago, please show me the post where you predicted it?

You know, along side the ones where you were certain you'd be voted in again?

Because from where i'm standing, neither have happened?!

I respect what you do, but, you are behaving like a broken fucking record now, and it's getting boring.

I thought you were sound when i met you but even when i did, all you went on about was this board/ the council!!!!!!

My advice is to drop the whole subject once you've read this! Carry on posting about your night, have some banter with your mates on here and leave the ones you don't like to themselves...i bet you the contents of my flat if you do that, you will no longer have any reason to spit your dummy :) (if people look for bites in your threads, be a man and ignore it)

    Just a thought.

For the record, I don't think words like 'spastic' should be used. People can argue that it all depends on the intent behind it, which I agree with to some extent, but for people who don't directly know the people involved, intent isn't so clear.

I thought it was quite apt.. :(

I'm not arguing over meanings, I meant it, he's a spacker, pure and simple.

I think Wikipedia's entry on spastic pretty much sums up why I don't think it should be used:

"A sufferer of spasticity. This usage is generally believed to have been popularized from its use in the name of The Spastics Society, a charity for people with cerebral palsy. As a result of the next listed usage, this usage has become offensive to many.

A politically incorrect term of abuse for an ungainly or physically inept person, as in "You're such a spastic" (also colloquially abbreviated to "spa", "spaz", "spag", "spack", "spacko" and "spacker"), derived from a popular misconception that those with any physical disability resulting in spasticity would necessarily also have a mental or developmental disability. When a "spacker" has a fit, it is often referred to as a "spack attack". "

There are plenty of other words that can be used.
