Tony adams became a bible bashing depressant , George best cant beat it and is constantly deprssed, paul gascoine quit the drink and took up wife beating ,,,, I really think that the drugs can have a long term effect and its good that a celeb is willing to talk over and bring attention to this ,,, but it all seems slightly misplaced ,,, Robbie used to down a bottle of vodka before breakfast probs put it on his cornflakes but i dont think he was using pills instead of canderell in his coffee . I even added another example (Ulrika Johnson) to mine, and Joe mentioned Eminem.

Whether i had read the article or not was irrelevant for the point i was making. At which point did i comment on anything Robbie said in the actual article?

What are we doing? We're talking about Robbie, theres a huge thread all about robbie williams.... This si the desired effect:

1. We all talk about him, the information alone probably wont compell us to purchase his album... But it will keep him in the spotlight and when artists are in the spotlight - they sell records (when an artist dies their sales go through the roof).

2. It adds to his image, he gets a bad boy/good boy image all in one and in the world of pop image and mass appeal is everything.
