I may not know every fact about the chemical make up of ket, but i know ppl who do it and i see first hand what it does to them and has been doing to them for the past two years.

psychological: when ur mind is dependant on it (on a very basic level u crave it)
physical: when ur body is dependent on it. (i.e. you get shakes and stuff if u go without it)

no way man. on ket your brain goes and plays on the swings. this how you hallucinate or k-hole. where things look the same but are different. this is because the brain cannot decipher things properly so makes it up to try and make it look how it should but it doesnt quite work. very rough analogy but its there abouts.

a doctor who was researching the drug and its effects injected himself with it evry hour for a few weeks or something because he beleived it was the gateway to a parallel universe. he did go completely mad.
