The only problem with Newcastle, like Tony said, is the lack of 80-200 capacity venues where people can put on nights/djs with a bit more a of leftfield slant and not have to worry about the venue being half empty.

Everything else is fine. People used to moan that there was a lack of quality nights and now there is, people are moaning about them

Its quite an achievement that in the 2 and a bit years ive been coming / helping out at Detox its increased in size but youve kept it at a decent size but you have the scope to increase the capacity if you wanted to
