    best way is to get your own reseller or server package mate, I've got this one set up to perform an automated backup of all databases weekly, so if we got hacked, most we'd lose is a few days of posts, and I could have it back up in an hour or so :)

    yeah, we do have our own server package. they can back up from a month ago but nothing before. been so busy just not been able to sort it all out.

    im in process of rebuilding site myself now as original designer from america is not the most reliable... hope to have it back up by end of week :)

    Get webmin installed on your box and it can back up all of your SQL databases on an hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly schedule :)

    It also does timed backups of directories and the like...
