    i quit back in march, was on bout 10-15 a day. wasn't as hard as thought it would be, used the patches for like a week, then was off em! best thing i did 4 a while. good luck to ya mate, hope u do it!!

    si...my mates a hypnotherapist, he's got loads of people of the tabs...he has a shop in whitley bay now i'll get ya the number....he will probably oblige for nowt seeing as the amount of times ive looked after his son!

    i know him cus i used to work saturdays in a bar in whitley bay years ago with my mate clare who ended up having his son... anyway he used to come in on a saturday and amuse us and our regulars, hypnotised this guy who was a proper chain smoker...everytime he exhaled he roared like a lion...was sooo funny...of course then he did the normal thing n helped him quit lol

    he wud be great at afterparties but he wont do it when people are already "mind altered"...think messy tried to persuade him once
